[preview] VU for CAD 3.0

The first CAD 3.0 beta is almost ready.

And thanks to barberio two skins will be released to demonstrate the new features.

Just wanted to add, that you made a perfect use of the VU idea!
The meters are very stylish and do remind of the good old stereo sound systems. :)
