View Full Version : Skin only displaying song name...

I am using this skin from deviantART called MiniHUD, and when I use it, it just displays the song name when it should have the artist and song length. Could anybody tell me why this happens?

Did you install the required fonts? Make sure to restart CAD once installed (if that’s the case).

In addition, make sure the last CAD version.

I am using the CAD 3.0 beta 1 and the theme doesn't require any fonts either.

The skin doesn't also have the arrow where it expands what type of skin to use for miniHUD.

It's like said above. The missing font "Aqua Base" is to blame . The skin uses Aqua Base and Arial to display the textlines (see skin.ini). If the author doesn't deliver the necessary font (Arial is available on every system I think) the lines that use Aqua Base won't show up.
Bad designed. ;)

Either you get the missing font, or you change the font in the SkinEditor.

And there are no substyles which could be shown. So... no arrow to expand (if that's what you mean). :)
