Cover position change on mouseover?

I've been working on creating my first skin to have an album cover slide out when you mouse over it, but I cannot figure out how to have a transition like this. I know there are animation effects, but I haven't found a solution to the way it would work.

If anyone could help, that'd be awesome. Thanks! :D

In general it's not possible to do that by mouseover. But it IS possible when you use an animated panel in combination with a click on the cover/case or by using a hotbutton.
Please take a look at the De-Spare substyle of In Agony (http://www.cdartdisplay.com/forum/showthread.php?p=11031#post11031) or a similar skin.

You have to create the animation (located in the "Panel" folder) and make the proper settings in the Skineditor ("Panel" -> "draw cover" and "Appearance" -> "caes/cover area mouseclick" and/or "Hotspot area").
