Hi and welcome to the forum. :)

There are several ways to install a skin with .cskin extension:

- If CAD is installed properly, the cskin extension is attached to CAD and generally a doubleclick is enough
- you can drag and drop the cskin file onto a running CAD skin
- also drag and drop on the SkinBrowser window - which is a rather new feature in CAD - works (rightclick on a skin, choose SkinBrowser from the context menu and the Browser opens and loads the skins that are available in your CAD>Skins folder.
- the last choice would be to "unzip" the file with a packer called "7-Zip" (freeware), as a cskin file is nothing more than a zip file with changed extension. Unzip the skin folder and copy/paste it to the CAD skins folder.

Where is that folder?
Open the skin editor (rightclick on skin). At the bottom of the appearing window there is a link called "Open Skins Folder". Click on it.

Hope that helps and you have fun with CAD! ;)

Edit: The "Fonts" folder should be included in skins root folders if the author of the skin has included fonts which are necessary (many forget that). If not available in the Skin's root folder, you have to create it and put the fonts in there to make the skin display text.

Lets say my skin is named "Crazy". If you open that folder, this is the root folder of the skin. And inside it, there has to be the "Fonts" folder if necessary.
