No, CAD can't apply a cover for each song (as a PIC tag). It can just save the cover in a folder e.g. in the song folder.

However I think you can configure CAD to display ID3v2 tags with embedded album art in it. So theorically, if you have a playlist with properly tagged mp3s (with album art embedded), you could have a different picture for each track.

note: but CAD won't add pictures to tags.
