Invisible Fonts?

I have RC 4 Build 1 installed, and I've tried to change fonts on my skin.. when I do so, a good number of fonts don't show up.. is there a reason for this?

Probably because the font can't be used by Windows GDI+ API.

I don't think that's what's happening.. a friend of mine has the same font on his and it works fine (it's the gray font along the top)..

I installed the same font, and here's what it looks like on mine..

The name of the font is Andy..

Nice font! It worked here too!

My suggestion:

1. Set CAD with a working font and close it
2. Uninstall the font
3. Install "Andy" font again

Try CAD with Andy now.

Make sure to check font size and text position (just test your settings with a working font).

In addition, you can also try to restart your PC after uninstalling the font and after installing it again.

I'm not sure if the Windows GDI+ API can handle Type1 fonts - selected in CD Art Display they are not displayed...

Do you know anything about it?
