Hi,
nearly all of my mp3 covers are 200x200 pixels. Using the default cover size (157x152) they fit into the case, so everything looks quite good.
Now, I tried to display the cover in it's native resolution (200x200), but I couldn't get it to work properly.
Setting the cover size to 200x200 actually resizes it, but crops the right and bottom end of it by some pixels. The cover itself overlaps the case to the right and to the bottom.
Now, displaying the case without a cover shows that the gray back of the case (usually not visible) scales to the new size, but not the acryl part of the case. There seems to be something wrong with the scaling option.
