Build 287 Not Updating

I have these two songs:

Song 1:

CAD doesn't detect the track change between them.

That's because they have the same title.

CAD keeps track of title changes.

It should keep track of other parameters too. I have a couple of tracks from the same artist in different albums. I would like CAD to notice it's from a different album, because a LOT of the times the two songs are different.

How about if it just keeps track of the filename and path? That parameter cannot be equal for two different songs from different albums. :)

What specifically isn't CAD updating?

Do you have two different cover art images for the two albums on which this same song appears, and that is what is not working?

Is CAD updating the Album, Title, Artist info, but not the Cover Art?

Or is CAD not updating the Album, Title, Artist info??

Can you add more details about what CAD isn't doing??

CAD isn't doing anything. It doesn't realize the song has changed.

That's a CAD limitation. Only if the track title changes CAD will change too.

Well, I did some tests, and it looks like CAD checks for artist and title changes. Not just title changes. Am I right?

Would it be too complicated to check the ID3 tag for an album change? :(

Well, CAD will also check the path now.

So if a song has the same Winamp title CAD can detect it.

I'm not sure if we can keep it this way so let's test it (inlcuding web radio)!
