Carlos, a couple of small (?) requests

Hello Carlos,

First of all let me just thank you for making this wonderful tool available for free. I've been using CAD since the earliest builds and am generally thrilled with it. :) But there were a couple of functionalities in older versions which are no longer included, and I wonder if you'd consider putting them back in?

(1) The fade effect used to work only on the cover art when the jewel case image was already loaded. In other words, if one switched to a different album, the new cover art would fade in but the jewel case would remain solid. Now the entire image fades in, including the jewel case itself, which makes for an odd-looking effect. Might it be possible to have an option where only the cover art fades but not the "container" image?

(2) I like having CAD linked to Winamp so that it closes when I close the player, but I don't always like having CAD open when I start Winamp. Could you add an option for not opening CAD when Winamp is opened? (I use Winamp a lot for previewing audio samples at websites and don't want CAD to open every time.)

(1) CAD internally makes one image (case+cover) to display; the fade is not as nice as before but the program is more stable now. But if I find a way to improve fade effect I'll surely do it.

(2) Just disable the plugin (Winamp preferences).

I agree. It is kind of weird to have the case fade in too. I hope you can improve this. :)

I agree. It is kind of weird to have the case fade in too. I hope you can improve this. :)
