This is something i made in a bit of free time... Nothing special really, but I kinda fancy it, and if you like it around here i'll upload it somewhere...

I've added the iPod-style toolbar; keeps it minimal and simple, i think.

3 styles available: default, 180º and minimal.
Font included.

to create a beautiful skin without using many CAD elements often seems like a contradiction in itself to me.
at least it's quite a challenge, i guess. :D

it really takes an artist with a good sense of taste to create such a brilliant appearance.

a skin element that's always been underestimated is the font.
there are many skins out there providing the most phantastic font faces.
more than that these skins often use 2 or more font types at the same time.
of course each font for itself might be looking nice, but it always depends on how they're configured.

so this iSome skin gives vital evidence to the fact that a minimalistic skin could be way ahead of many other skin setups.

let me repeat myself...
this skin is beautiful!
i would say one of my top 5.

This is really an isome.. oops... awesome skin! I like the minimalistic and elegant look of it. Great job! And thanks a lot for the 180°-version ;)


Edit: I just found out that long songtitles are cut-off. Maybe you can add a nice Scrolling-effect or allow more characters.

...and i forgot to mention that the toolbar is very hard to read when black or very dark covers are displayed.
perhaps you can create white toolbar buttons to somehow contrast the black circle.

Thanks a lot for the comments, people. Glad to hear you liked it, especially coming from people who create great skins for this great piece of software.

I've deleted the download link, i'll put a new one up ASAP. I've tried to correct the flaws you noticed. Turned the buttons to white, hope it's okay now.

As for the songtitles cuting-off, I allowed more characters; I love a good scrolling myself, but I think in this case static text is more adequate to the nature of the skin.

Here's a sample of what it looks like in one of the most "extreme" cases...
