Cover art stays the same for the next song which is diff.

Alright, This is really stressing me out. Lets say I'm listening to Ozzy Ozbourne and the album art is there and everything. Then after Ozzy is done, Matallica comes next but the Ozzy Ozbourne cover art is still there! Why doesnt it automaticly search for the correct cover art for the song when the other one is done playing?? Can some one please help, It would be very much appreciated. And if you can please make it easy in words since im only 15 lol.

How do you organize your songs?

I use winamp as my player and all my songs are in the folder "My Music".

Add the following line in CAD "settings.ini":

RefreshCover=1

This option will make CAD refresh the cover everytime a track is changed.

In addition, considering the detail you give me on how you organize your music I recommend you to do this:

1) go to "Control Panel>Read cover" and add the following line:

%songfolder%%filename%.jpg

2) finally, go to "Control Panel>Download" and add the same line there:

%songfolder%%filename%.jpg

Hmm.. The automatic download thing didnt work. When I play a new fresh song that I played for the first time, It just shows the inside of a cd case instead of finding one on search on its own and making it default for the band. (Also, How do u move the rating stars below the title?)

Make sure:

1) install the FULL RC4 first (and don't delete any file):

Regarding the rating position:

1) "Control Panel>Notifier Elements" and adjust the Fancy Ratings pad top and left

A few friends of mine have reported this to me too (member oberststen for example). I think it's related to album art in ID3 tags. At least that was oberststen's problem. He only had album art in the ID3 tag, and the temp.jpg (extracted album art image) generated by CAD was never updated.

Maybe because the temp.jpg was still in use?

The_Sickness_14, do you use album art embedded in the ID3 tag?

Can you reproduce the issue? If so I can make an alternative procedure that uses another file for the temp cover.

No Carlos, I can't. I recommended CAD to two friends of mine, and both experienced the same problem at the beginning. CAD would stick on the same album cover. But that only happened at first. I think they managed to find a way to work around it, and now I don't hear any complaints by any of them. I'm directing oberststen to this topic, maybe he can post some more information about it.

I was having that problem, now I have the cover in every folder, but that bug used to happen when it only read it from the id3 tag, I couldn't reproduce the issue, sometimes happened, sometimes it ditn't, but now that i'm using "load any image from song folder" everything seems to work fine.
