I really like the skin concept (original and clean at the same time) and Drops is indeed a perfect name for it!
Great work! :)

there's nothing wrong in borrowing an existing skin.ini file.
in fact that's merely the way most of the skins out there were created. :)
but, let's start from the beginning...
...i really like your Drops! :D
it's unique, it's classy and it's very cute. ;)
i especially like the dark glow on the outside of the main case.png.
a pity tho, that it's exactly that glow which appears to be cut off on the left side.
see my screenshot:

the second arrow in my screenshot points to the mouseover graphics of the ratings (2over.png, 4over.png and so on).
was it your intention to have the highlighted ratings off centre like that?
looks a bit odd in my opinion. :-\
3 steps towards the left and two steps towards the bottom in photoshop should make them appear "on target" again.
maybe an outer glow would look cool on these graphics as well, as they would emphasize the mouseover a little bit more. ;)
finally i have recognized that you have a pretty cool looking glassy overlay for the cover in your preview image, but when i applied your skin in CAD there wasn't such an overlay at all. :(
maybe you'd like to add one? :D
to do so, just open your case.png in photoshop and place that overlay in the right position.
next you'd have to deactivate the case.png layer and save your file as an overlay.png into your skin's main directory and you're done. ;D
anyways...
...congratulations on this fine release and thanks a lot for the share. ;)
