CADstarter plugin only functional as Administrator?

First, CD Art Display is a great tool.

When I'm logged in as an Administrator the CADstarter Plugin works fine. It starts and closes with Winamp. But when I'm using a Non-Administrator account the CADstarter plugin will not load and thus is unfunctional. But it is still possible to start CAD manually. It seems to be a problem with the plugin since every build behaves the same. I am using the newest build 911 with Winamp 5.24 under WinXP-SP2.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Unfortunately there's no solution.

CAD uses a third party DLL (the plugin that conects CAD to Winamp) that uses the Local Machine registry hive instead the Current User.
